Digital artists and friends get wild at BDA’s 5th birthday blast
Boulder Reporter | Oct 16, 2009
We debut our new and gossipy section with this Party Report…
It was a wild one Friday night, Oct. 16, at Boulder Digital Arts‘ Fifth Birthday Party, at Photo Craft Imaging’s expansive digs in the old Harley-Davidson showroom next to the post office on 55th Street. We’re thinking a good 400 people, most of whom were digital creatives – web developers and designers, videographers, you get the pix. Co-founders Bruce Borowsky and Zach Daudert have grown that li’l BDA to a big operation, training gazillions of us to get digital, and helping the digital arts community to schmooze and love each other. Soon…a bigger, badder BDA classroom facility. Go, BDA, go!

Design kings. Bob Morehouse and Paul DesRosiers, both of Vermilion, one of the hottest of hot Boulder web design ateliers.
Apple fanatics. Jeff Gamet, prominent industry pundit with The Mac Observer (both website and podcast) huddles with Marci Asner, business liaison at a computer store she wouldn’t let us mention by name. Right.
